Fees & discounts
- Full day intensives: $1,500 per 7-hour day for one counselor, or $3,000 per day for two counselors.
- Half day intensives: $850 per 3.5 hours for one counselor or $1,700 per 3.5 hours for two counselors.
- Adding horses into the intensive is an additional fee, (priced according to specifics of the intensive, call for more information.)
- Adding adventure into the intensive is an additional $200 per day.
- We offer a 3% discount on payments made with cash or check.
Scheduling & time
- Full day intensives are 7 hours of working time. A lunch break will be included and will be in addition to the 7 hours. Additional breaks will occur as desired/needed.
- Half day intensives are 3.5 hours of working time.
- Intensives typically start at 8:30am ET.
- Intensive dates are reserved when intensive is fully paid. Checks typically clear within 7-10 business days, once cleared your intensive dates are secured and you will receive confirmation. Dates will not be held without payment.
Payment
- We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards, HSA cards, and a few payment plan options detailed below.
- Payments made by cash or check will be entitled to a 3% discount.
- Payment will be made directly to your primary counselor.
Payment plan options
One of the benefits of intensive work is accomplishing about a years’ worth of therapy in a week, the downside is having to pay for that years’ worth of therapy upfront. We recognize this may be a challenge, so we offer the following payment plans to help spread the cost over time.
- Affirm – offers flexible payment plans, pay off in 4 months at no interest, otherwise 4-60 months at 0-36% interest
- Lane Health – up to $10,000, payment plans of 1, 4 or 12 months
Travel
- Listed fees do not include any client travel expenses, including lodging, flights, meals, transportation, etc., which are solely responsibility of the client(s).
Cancelation policy
- Cancelling 14 days or less from intensive start date: 20% refund of intensive fee, less any credit card processing fees.
- Cancelling 15-18 days from intensive start date: 60% refund of intensive fee, less any credit card processing fees.
- Cancelling 29 days or more from intensive start date: 100% refund less $200 administrative fee, less any credit card processing fees.
- If client chooses to not attend, end intensive early, or is discharged, no refunds will be given for unused time.
- Cancellation due to weather or illness: a credit in the amount currently paid will be available for client to use for future rescheduling of intensive.
Next steps
If you are ready to go forward with your intensive, here is how the intake process works. The intake process may take 14 business days or more.
- Contact us via telephone or email and let us know of your desire to do some intensive work with us.
- We will schedule an initial 20-minute telehealth meeting to discuss what you are looking for from your intensive. This meeting will give each of us an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for the work needing to be done.
- If we both agree that we are a good match, then we move on to paperwork and scheduling.
- You will receive the intake paperwork via email. Please read through all the information (it’s a lot of it!) and complete the questionnaire, upon completion return the intake packet to your counselor. Included in the intake paperwork is an authorization for the release of information form that would allow us to consult with your existing counselor (if applicable). We highly recommend allowing us to collaborate with your existing counselor as it helps us better customize the intensive to meet your needs.
- Once we receive your intake paperwork, we will review it further. We may reach out for more information from you and/or from your existing counselor, and depending on the specifics of your situation, we may determine that your intensive will require the support of two counselors. Upon completion of this review, we will reach out to you to schedule a 60-minute telehealth intake meeting,
- If after this meeting we are both agree to move forward with the intensive, then we will schedule tentative dates for your intensive and provide details for you to submit payment.
- Payment is made to secure the dates for your intensive. Do not book any travel until you receive confirmation that your payment has been received.
- You will receive confirmation email stating the payment has been received and you can now book any needed travel arrangements.
